Not only do we save a huge amount of CO2 thanks to geothermal energy, combined heat and power plants and solar panels, we have also created new areas for bees and other endangered insects with orchards, for example. The benefits for the climate and the environment are clear, but the advantages for the residents are also enormous. Not only do they benefit from the beauty and biodiversity of the green area, they also have independent, price-stable energy suppliers and cool rooms in summer thanks to surface temperature control and controlled ventilation. This is also a progressive part of infection protection in all areas.
